We teach in English, Nederlands, Francais, Thai, Russian, Chinese... and have the learning materials (Padi manuals and video) in more languages including Swedish, Danish, Finish, Norwegian, Spanish, Italian, Korean …
The course prices include, lunch, drinks, pick up from hotel, use of dive equipment, as well as the online manual or ap and the Padi certificate.
Our classrooms are at Koh Mak resort or at the shop in Riverside resort. The confined water training is from the beach in Koh Mak resort. For diving we go out with one of our boats, some trainingsdives can be run of the beach.
PADI Introductions
Bubblemaker
1 dive - beach/pool 1.5 hour or full day on boat
For youngsters between 8 to 10 yrs. we have the bubblemaker experience. After a brief explanation the kids will venture on a real dive to max. 2 meters depth. We run the bubblemaker either from the beach on Koh Chang or joining the daytrip on the boat. The dive will take place in a lovely confined bay, so the kids get to see corals and marine life. We make one dive, the rest of the time they can join the snorkeling.
DSD: Discover Scuba Diving
1 day - 2 dives
'The experience' for non-divers who want to give diving a try, there is no previous diving experience required.
First we give you an introduction to diving and safety, followed by a few exercises in shallow water. Then we guide you on 2 beautiful boat dives on the coral reef. DSD is a great introduction to the beauty of the coral reef.
half day - 1 beach dive
If you prefer to just give it a try in shallow water, we can run a dsd of the beach. This is a good way to train the diving first just walking of the beach, and of you go for your first dive experience.
PADI Courses
Scuba Diver
2 days - 2 dives
On the first day we show a video and explain diving theory, followed by water training from de beachl. The second day is a full diving day consisting of 2 dives. This gives you a limited certificate to dive to 12m, all next dives should be done under the guidance of a PADI professional.
OWD: Open Water Diver
3 days - 4 dives
This is the one! OWD is the first course where you'll get a full certificate: your ticket to the underwater world. On the first day we go over the theory and we train skills at the beach. The next days you're ready to go out by boat for your first dives: 4 dives in total spread over 2 days on the coral reefs around Koh Mak or Koh Rang.
There are 2 optionsfor the ow:
- Open water e-learning: this includes the active android version of the open water manual, it allows you to prepare all the theory, watch the videos and prepare the quizzes and exams at home or at your hotel. When you start the course here, the instructor will give a small revision and you are ready to jump in the sea for training. The next two days we ll take you out on the boat for the ow dives. This OW option cost 16500 BHT in total
- Open water classroom: includes the pfd version of the manual, which allows you to read the theory, but once here we ll teach the theory with video and instruction, followed by the pool training and 2 days of diving. Total price 15500 bht.
AID, Adventures in diving
AID, 2 days - 5 dives
Improve on your diving skills with this advanced diver course, including five specialised training dives. This is the best and most fun way to improve your dive style and feel confident in the water. Core dives are the deep dive and the navigation dive, for the other 3 you have a choice out of: wreck dive ( not always available), digital photography, naturalist, multilevel, peak performance buoyancy, search and recovery, night dive…
EFR: Emergency First Response
1 day
EFR is a complete training in first aid and readiness to help out in emergencies, useful for every traveller and diver. It is an internationally recognized qualification. No water training, only theory and practical exercises. We train with official CPR mannequins.
New: we now also specialize in EFR for children, this as a half day course with CPR and first aid training for babies and children.
Rescue Diver
2/3 days
Learn how to manage dive accidents, avoid problems under water and assist divers in trouble. Training as a rescue diver is the first step in becoming a helpful buddy and a responsible diver. The first day is theory with video, then we go out for 2 trainings days in shallow water and in the sea, we work you hard, but you will become a confident and strong diver!

Dive Master
3 to 8 weeks
DM training is our BB speciality, every year we train many and are proud to bring some of the best dive masters to the diving business. All of them found work easily, and are currently working as divers all over the world. We offer a complete, tough but also fun training course, which covers all the aspects of 'the diving job'.
The DM training prepares you to guide divers, organize the diving, maintain equipment, help in the dive shop and assist in training sessions with an instructor. The DM training program can take from 3 to 8 weeks and consists of academic training, and 'in the field' assisting with every possible task there is to be found in and around diving. AI: Assistant Instructor

The assistant instructor (AI) can be organised according to your planning, we are not tied to any planning for this part of the instructor training. It is a great preparation for the IDC and gives you more time to practise your teaching skills and get some experience before an IDC.
IDC or instructor training

Become a PADI instructor, and work around the world!
The instructor training is given in two parts, 4 days assistant instructor, and 4 days instructor. Becoming a PADI dive instructor will change your way of life, being able to work any where in the world is for many a dream come true. The PADI license is widely recognized and one of the highest levels you can get in diving.
The IDC training at BB divers is an extremely full training, with a very thorough preparation before, planned seperate for every candidate according to their experience. More about IDC at BB divers here. The prep can be run on Koh Mak but the actual idc will be trained in Koh Chang.
Staff Instructor

Climb the PADI ladder!
To become a SI you have to assist an a complete IDC, where you ll learn how to teach some of the IDC theory. A SI can train assistent instructors, if they work at an IDC center.
